Once your order has been shipped, it usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive. In rare occasions, orders may sometimes take anywhere from 7-16 days. If you have not received your order after 7 business days, feel free to contact us.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once your new shoe order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We want our customers to love our designer shoes and accessories, but if you do need to return a FlashyBox order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. International orders are not eligible for returns.
