Flashybox Shipping
Yes, we do! Please note that additional shipping costs will apply, and they will be added at checkout. Flashybox is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
Once your order has been shipped, it will usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. On rare occasions, orders may not be received until 7-16 days after purchase. If you have not received your order after 7 business days, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.
Flashybox uses all major carriers and local courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Flashybox Orders and Returns
We are typically unable to make changes to orders that are placed in our system, so if you want to change or cancel your order, please email support@flashybox.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Returns are possible for most domestic orders, though some items (final sales products, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, and some accessories) are not eligible for return. We do not offer return options for international orders.

Currently, FlashyBox is unable to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item(s) according to our return policy above and purchase the item(s) in a different size once your online store credit is issued.
Please contact us immediately with your name, order number, and details of the damage. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery. If such items are not reported within that time following delivery, we will not be able to process a return.
If your package was not successfully delivered and is sent back to Flashybox, it is usually due to incorrect shipping address information. Please contact us to inform us of the delay.
Flashybox Account and Payment Options
Flashybox accepts a variety of trusted payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also check out with PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo.
To make payment easier, we also offer the option to order now and pay in installments using Quadpay or Afterpay.
It is recommended to create a FlashyBox account when you order, as this will allow you to find your order history, edit your address, and track your shipments online.
