I see that my order shipped. Why hasn’t it arrived?
If your package was not successfully delivered and is sent back to Flashybox, it is usually due to an incorrect shipping address information. Please contact support@flashybox.com to inform us of the delay.

We offer return / exchange within 30 days after purchase. Please click HERE to start your request.

Note: The original shipping fee are non-refundable.
Note: Flashybox can only receive returned products with an assigned RMA Return number. Products sent back to us without an RMA Return Number OR Order Number may be lost and unaccounted for and will not qualify for a return.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after your item is received by Flashybox.
  • Items must be sent back to Flashybox within 30 days from when it was delivered in order to qualify for a return.
  • Refund will only be issued on brand new merchandise. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. 
  • We charge a flat rate of $10 for return shipping costs for all return-for-refund packages. The shipping fee for all exchange requests are waived, each pair can be exchanged one time. 
  • Once we have received your returned package the item(s) that are eligible for a return will be credit back to your payment methods. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery. If such items are not reported within that time once it’s delivered, we will not be able to process a return.
  • Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchange: Final sales items, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie and certain accessories such as earrings.



*If the return is not related to quality issues, shipping cost will be beard by customer. For example, the below conditions are not related to quality issues:
1) Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display;
2) Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason;
3) Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors;
4) Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase;
5) There may be slight differences to different size with the same items due to individual design and style in items;
6) The sizing chart and the customer service team can only offer recommendations before your purchase. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute as quality issues;

*Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any return that does not meet our policy or exceeded the valid 30 days return period will not be accepted.

*We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all information (correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers). Flashybox is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at the time of placing order is incorrect.
