While everyone at FlashyBox strives to not only offer the latest women's designer shoe styles, and best in class customer service, sometimes things happen! We totally understand that and want to help when we can. Whether you ordered Cape Robbin Boots or Booties, Heels, Womens Sneakers, Sandals or Flats, we will always work with our FlashyBox customers to resolve any issues - including returns. If you would like to return items ordered from FlashyBox, please read our Easy Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, free of stains, or wear.
- You (the customer) are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return.
- All returns are refunded via the same method of payment used to place the order minus the shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns are processed within 3-7 business days after your item is received.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately. If such items are not reported immediately once its delivered, we will not be able to process return.
- International orders are not eligible for returns.
- Swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, lingerie are not eligible for returns.

How long will the FlashyBox return process take?
Returns are processed within 3-7 business days after your item is received by our warehouse team. Delivery of your return package may take several days to reach us depending on the shipping method used.
Does FlashyBox provide free return shipping labels?
We do not provide free pre-paid return shipping labels. Return shipping expenses are responsibility of the customer returning their FlashyBox order.
Can I exchange an item on FlashyBox?
We are unable to process exchanges. You may return your item according to our Returns Policy and purchase the item desired.
I received a defective, incorrect, or missing item.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please email email@example.com immediately.
My FlashyBox package was not delivered.
If your package was not successfully delivered and is sent back to Flashybox, it is usually due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Packages returned back to us by the shipping carrier will be restocked and you will be issued online store credit in the form of an eGift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship when this happens. You may use the eGift Card to place a new order using the corrected address.
We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all information (correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers). Flashybox is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at the time of placing order is incorrect.
